This spacious room is located in a clean, welcoming apartment near Huron Church Road in Windsor. The location is incredibly convenient—grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and other everyday essentials are within walking distance. Public transit is just down the road, with direct bus routes to both the University of Windsor and St. Clair College, making it a great option for students or working professionals.

The room is generously sized and features a beautiful exposed brick accent wall that’s perfect for hanging photos or adding your own personal style. If needed, I can provide a mattress and desk at no extra cost. They’re functional but have some wear, so you’re welcome to use them or bring your own furniture.

The apartment is cleaned daily, and I take care of managing the household, so all I ask is that you clean up after yourself and treat the shared spaces with respect. The kitchen is fully equipped with shared appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils, making it easy to settle in.

All utilities are included in the rent, and there’s on-site laundry for your convenience. You will have to split the wifi bill with me which since more devices will require an upgrade.

You’ll also be sharing the home with my friendly, loyal Belgian Malinois. He’s well-loved, protective of the home, and currently being trained to stay on my side of the apartment so his fur doesn’t end up in your bedroom or the shared bathroom. He is super friendly with all so your pets are welcome.

Hi! I’m Nev, a vet tech student at St. Clair College. I spend most of my free time outdoors with my Belgian Malinois or walking downtown people watching and talking. I’m pretty laid-back, friendly, and talkative. I enjoy grabbing coffee, going for walks/runs, doing errands, or just hanging out, so I’d love to live with someone who’s open to chatting now and then. If our schedules line up, I’m also happy to carpool to campus since I have a vehicle.

I’m not a big home partier and prefer a relaxed environment here. We do have a family living upstairs, so you’ll hear the usual sounds of kids and family life from time to time. Inside the apartment, I don’t mind music or the TV being as loud as you please during the day and evening, as long as everyone is respectful of quiet hours starting at 12am. I am okay with small get together parties on the weekend as long as you clean up after yourself and respect that this is not a very big house and it belongs to a Belgian Malinois.

My dog is friendly and well-trained. He generally only barks if someone enters the apartment unexpectedly without announcing themselves. He is very hyper at times, loves to play and say hello.

I do smoke cannabis occasionally, but never inside the apartment or on the property. I make an effort to be respectful of our neighbours and follow the terms of the lease, which prohibit smoking on the property.

More than anything, I’m looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, communicates well, enjoys friendship and wants a comfortable, drama-free place to call home. Your pets are welcome too. If anything I would prefer a Roomate with a dog so my baby can have a friend but all are welcome!
