The room has a large wall-to-wall closet and great views over Sandy Hill. The apartment has a furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, shared bathroom, pantry, fridge/freezer space and additional storage.

$1,300/month all-inclusive: hydro, heat, water, internet, AC, Netflix and Disney+. On-site laundry, elevators, intercom and locked lobby. Parking may be available through the building.

You’d be living with me and my mini poodle, so you must be comfortable with dogs! I’m a student and am involved in environmental/community work. I’m often up late but quiet and respectful of shared space.

The household is generally quiet and relaxed. I don’t smoke or use cannabis and I’m not into having parties at home. I’m looking for someone reasonably clean, respectful and comfortable sharing the kitchen, bathroom and common areas.

I occasionally have a friend stay over and am fine with reasonable guests in return.

Ideally looking for a student, young professional, environmentalist, or established individual interested in a comfortable longer-term home. Compatibility matters most.
