If you like a clean bright space with amenities and the subway right next door, this is the ideal place. The building is about 15 years old and the management are quick to respond and fix any issues. There is a pool and a gym available for use from 7 am to 10 pm. There is a small office space you can use, also a party room you can book with a pool table and kitchen. There is an inclosed outdoor space with BBQ’s you can use. The unit has central air and is very quiet all year as it is a corner unit. The room has a huge closet, and gets wonderful natural light (one wall is all window). Your bathroom has a shower, it is all tiled and very easy to clean. There is a dishwasher and a washer and dryer for clothing.

I am in my 40’s, I do not have pets (but the building allows them and I do enjoy pets). I do not smoke. I like to cook and listen to music. I keep the place clean and I’m pretty quiet. I would be a good fit if you are a clear communicator, friendly and respectful (I promise the same!). I speak English and French fluently. I am not a great photographer, and that magically seems to be getting worse as my nieces and nephew coach me :)
