About the room
A single room is available in a comfortable, conveniently located apartment near Whyte Ave. The room will be available from 1st of September. I am looking for a female roommate for a two-bedroom unit which is complete with a furnished bedroom, kitchen and living area, plus the convenience of in-unit washer and dryer. Rent covers all utilities except internet. The apartment is situated close to the university, just a 20-minute bus ride away. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, grocery stores, farmers market and the beautiful River Valley. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk, and the unit is well-ventilated.
