No cooking is permitted by the Tenant except for boiling water (e.g., for tea, coffee, eggs, …) The room is unfurnished. Utilities are shared with others Gas, Water, Electricity. Includes Bell Fibe Wifi around half a GB per second. Strictly no smoking inside. Outdoor smoking is allowed if kept clean with butts placed in a safe container. No intoxication (getting drunk/high) or illegal activities/businesses allowed on the premises. Transportation is near two malls 5 minute walk. Buses near by 5 minute walk. Community Centre, Library, University of Toronto (Scarborough Campus) nearby. Ten minutes walk. At Eli Shackleton Court near Kingston Rd and Morningside Ave. Contact Julie and Tony

About the roomies

We are a senior retired couple. There is a young Man living in our townhouse for a couple of years, we did have others living here as well. We went to China in 2024 to 2026. The tenants in our townhouse took care of the place. We are back now for a little while. We like to travel.
