This is a 4-bedroom all-female home. One of the rooms has its own private washroom, so you would be sharing a washroom with only two other female tenants. The laundry and kitchen are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything provided, except for dishwashing liquid.

You will also have your own designated space for storage in the laundry, kitchen, and washroom areas. In addition, we have a cleaning team that comes once a month to clean the kitchen, floors, and washrooms.

As for your future roommates, two are full-time students from Canada and Korea (one at UVic and one at Camosun), and one is a full-time worker from Japan . They are all very polite, quiet, and neat. I’m the owner and I live down stairs. I just come one a day or every 2 days to look after the house or provide what tenants needs.
