House is a “Bungalow Loft”. Separate loft room, on second floor, furnished with brand new queen size bed and mattress, bedding available if needed, full ensuite bath/shower, plenty of closet space. Cleaning is included every 2 weeks. This will be worked out with the renter. Common areas available: laundry room, kitchen, LR, Basement. Gym available for use when we are not using it. We are looking for a stable, non-smoker, clean and quiet person/renter who respects our home. We are very open minded and very friendly and our neighborhood is newer and is very safe and family oriented.

We are a couple, I am home mostly doing my thing. My wife is retired but works part-time in Collingwood. She has a studio in the basement. She is a crafter and jewelry maker. We are the only ones living in the house. We are neat and tidy and expect the same from the renter.
