Must be cat friendly! Our only other roomate is my semi senior cat Milo :)

3 bedroom townhouse w large shared living room and small shared kitchen. Have all appliances, welcome to share. Shared bathroom with two sinks. Third room is my office but welcome to store things in there. The available room has a queen bed frame and a fan, can be removed if you do not need.

Walking distance to U of C and Brentwood train station! (10/15 min walk to the train) Can arrange for a parking spot to be available if needed.

Utilities and internet split 50/50

• utilities are typically $100 to 130 for half
• internet is 36.75 for half

Milo is an almost 8 year old cat with one eye that I adopted a year ago. He is the sweetest boy ever but may bug you for attention if I’m not around so you have to be okay w cats. He loves head scratches and all food.

I am a 22 year old business student at SAIT and have grown up in Calgary my whole life. The property is owned by my parents so communication with the landlords is quite easy. I like to keep to myself for the most part, I have my girlfriend or a friend over often to hang out and watch a movie. You are also welcome to have guests at anytime!
