The suite is on the 3rd floor with a good sized balcony. Kitchen is huge with ample space for cooking which I enjoy doing. There are two bedrooms which are a great size with full Closets but the bathroom is shared. There is an unsuite washer and dryer in a large laundry room. The building builfibg is very quiet and the residents friendly. There is a bus stop just fine the bike path and one parking space is available if needed. The building is secure and cameras are monitoring. We are also within a residential area with a lake a short walk away due a visit with the ducks. Close to all amenities such as Costco, Walmart, superstore, KP Mall and plessis road and regent. 24 hour client services are also available in the event of an emergency or for repairs. It’s also a 4 story building so it has an elevator for your convenience. Bike lock up is also available at the door entrance. It’s a lovely complex that is well maintained inside and out with lots of trees.

Im retired woman in my late 50s and I do have cats. I keep the place spotless but allergies may still be irritated. I do smoke but only on the balcony.
