The unit is very well lit with big windows in all rooms. The bedrooms are big and both have walk-in closets and the living/dining area feels very roomy. The building is located on Clyde Street right in the heart of Halifax and is minutes away from Downtown, Dal Sexton Campus and the hospital. SMU and Dalhousie main campus are only a 20 minute walk away. The building is only 10 years old so feels new and it has central air conditioning. There is a small gym in the building and a large outdoor courtyard. Parking (which comes with a storage locker) is available for $150/month.
