Large unfurnished master bedroom available in 2 bedroom midtown basement apartment. Walking distance from St Clair W station. Available Oct 1st at the latest, could be ready mid September. The unit has a private keyless entry, in-unit laundry, air conditioning, storage space and a bathtub. All utilities included except for internet which is an additional $29.38/month. Long-term heavily preferred. The furniture in the photos of the bedroom belongs to my current roommate who is moving out, most of the furniture in the other rooms is mine though. So you will need your own bedroom furniture, but anything else is optional.

I am a 27 y/o nonbinary artist looking for a like minded roommate to chill and share the space. I have a cat (his name is Tori) so being comfortable with animals is a must. I would also generally prefer not to add any additional pets to the apartment to avoid stress for my cat, but we can discuss it.

I don’t smoke or host parties, though occasionally I have guests over for dinner or to stay on the pull-out couch in the living room. There’s a small den (pictured) that I use as a sewing/craft room but I don’t mind sharing the space. I like to add colorful and eclectic decorations to the space, but you’re welcome to make your own additions/changes. I do my best to keep things tidy and cozy!
