Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment. It is located close to a school, shopping areas (Metro, Walmart, Maxi, and Super C), and to Anytime Fitness gyms and the Gatineau Sports Complex. Bus stops are close by and takes about 1 hour to get to downtown Ottawa. I can give you ride whenever I go to the downtown area.

There is a bike path which goes all the way to downtown safely (12 km/ 45 mins)

Private Area: Larger bedroom of the two bedrooms. Has a walk in Wardrobe. Common areas: Kitchen, Living Room, Bathroom

Utilities shared: Internet High Speed 1.5 Gbps (about 30 monthly), Hydro & Heat (average $20-30 monthly), and Rental Insurance (about $15 monthly)

The $650 deposit amount is a split of the different shared facilities/state that I purchased for the Stove, Washer, Dryer, Bed, Couch, Microwave, Table.

No AC in summer because I didn’t feel the need for one. Happy to add one in the future if necessary.

Parking: There is no spare parking for now. The unit comes with a parking lot which I am currently using.
