Hi folks, we are looking for our 4th roommate in a 4 bed 1 bath house. It’s a fully furnished master bedroom. Rent ($1000) includes everything with parking. It’s a cat friendly place so need to be okay living with a cat. The bus stops are right infront of the house. 12 minutes by bus from dal 20 minutes by bus from SMU Mumford terminal is 8 minutes away by bus Located in north end

We are all international students who enjoy and calm and tidy living space. There’s a cat, he’s a chatty Cathy and little spicy but overall a sweetheart.
