Hi! I’m 23 and a student, and I’m looking for a female roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment in Kitchener, right by Victoria Park! Students are very welcome 😊

💰 $950/month + shared hydro 🛏️ Private bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment 🏠 Approx. 900 sq. ft. and completely updated 🌿 Balcony 🧺 Coin-operated laundry in the building ❄️ Window A/C 📍 Amazing location right by Victoria Park and downtown Kitchener ⚠️ No elevator

I’ll also be living there with my Boston Terrier, so you’ll need to be comfortable with a dog! She’s very friendly, loves people not cats.
