A comfortable, quiet, clean home in Garson with a bedroom to rent to a student. Minutes from Cambrian College, and on the bus rout. A grocery store, Tim Horton’s and Wendy’s all a close walk away with New Sudbury shopping a 10 minute drive.
Large backyard with deck, fully furnished with all dishes and appliances.
Shared bathroom, kitchen, living area and laundry room with parking available for one vehicle each. It is a non-smoking house.
Two females, one Cambrian College Paramedic student, one employed, working from home. The third bedroom remains available for rental. We are clean and organized, quiet, respectful of each other’s space and looking for another who would be a good fit in our positive environment.
