Located right in the heart of Gastown, you’ll be within easy access of some of Vancouver’s best restaurants, cafés, shops, entertainment and downtown amenities.

The location is also extremely convenient for getting around the city, with SkyTrain, buses and the SeaBus all nearby. It’s an excellent location for someone commuting to work, attending school, or exploring Vancouver without needing a car.

🐱 About the Home

I have two beautiful, sweet cats who are extremely friendly, calm and cuddly. They’re very much part of the home, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely likes cats and is comfortable living with them.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, quiet and respectful of the home.

Ideally, someone who is:

An airline employee or aviation professional

Relocating to Vancouver
In Vancouver temporarily for work or school

This is a shared home, so keeping common areas clean and maintaining a comfortable, peaceful and respectful environment is important.

💰 $1,400/month

Short-term arrangements considered, with preference given to someone looking for 2–3 months or through October 31st.
