Rent: $700 - $750 per month.

The apartment is a fantastic 2-bedroom unit in a highly convenient location. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to the UNB campus and under a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus station, making it perfect for students.

The Room & Costs: The available private bedroom is unfurnished, giving you the freedom to set it up exactly how you like. We will share the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas.

Utilities: Water is included. Electricity (Hydro) and Internet are extra and will be split equally between us.

Move-in: Flexible between August 15th and September 1st (the first month’s rent can be prorated based on your exact move-in date). A 1-year lease is highly preferred.

Building Rules: Per the property management, there is strictly no smoking (including weed), no pets, and no parties allowed in the apartment.

I am an incoming Master’s student at UNB. Since I am a grad student, I spend a good amount of time studying.

In my free time, I enjoy quiet indoor hobbies. I usually keep the common areas clean, respect personal space, and maintain a relatively quiet environment, especially on weeknights.
