Spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Westmount, with 2 rooms available for September 1st. The small room is $680 and the medium sized room is $700. Heating and hot water is included in the rent but we pay electricity ad wifi ourselves. The common areas will be fully furnished, including a large living room and dining area. The apartment is cat-friendly and located on the first floor, with laundry in the building.

Great location: about a 10-minute walk to both Vendôme and Atwater metro stations, and a short walk to Westmount Park, grocery stores, cafés, shops, and the mall.

I’m pretty easygoing, clean, and respectful, and I’m looking for roommates in their early- mid twenties who are friendly and responsible. I enjoy having a social home and hanging out with roommates, but I also really value everyone’s personal space and routines. Open to both male and female roommates.
