My son is subletting a room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in a brand-new building very close to the Lazaridis School of Business. The apartment will be shared with a male second-year student at Laurier University. Rent is $1,000/month. It includes water, gas, heating, sewage, and Internet. Electricity is separate. The apartment is fully furnished. Ideally, the sublet will be from September 2026 through August 2027. However, we will consider candidates for just the Fall and Winter semesters.

The roommate is a quiet, kind, studious, easy-going male student at the Laurier BBA program.
