Bright & spacious 650 sq. ft. open-concept basement studio space open up. It’s got a totally private entrance so you can come and go as you please, plus lots of windows letting in some really decent natural light. Here is the rundown of what’s included:

Location: Near Rutherford and Dufferin in Vaughan.

Private Entrance: Enjoy your own separate, private access to the unit.

Furnishing: It comes partially furnished, with a double-size bed or a pull-out couch available—take one or both depending on what you need! Internet: Free high-speed Wi-Fi is included!

Your own setup: Fridge, microwave, and a hot plate down here for your meals, plus your own private powder room right in the basement.

Laundry: Washer and dryer access is right here in the basement too.

The bathroom situation: Just a heads-up, while you have the powder room downstairs, full shower access is upstairs (private to you, but on the main floor).
