Hey! Renting out the second bedroom in my 2-bed apartment in NDG starting Sept 1st (or a bit earlier if needed).

Rent is $850 all-in (covers hydro, heating, hot water, and high-speed wifi). The room comes fully furnished.

Location is great—literally a 7 minute walk to Concordia Loyola campus, and right by buses and grocery stores.

Since my name is on the lease, we’d just do a simple month-to-month roommate agreement with 30 days notice if either of us needs to end it, keeping things flexible.

Looking for a clean and quiet student or young professional (international students welcome).
