A spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. Having two full bathrooms means we each get our own private bath.

About Me: I’m a 22-year-old student at uOttawa balancing academics, part-time work, and an active lifestyle. Outside of school and work, I like staying active (gym and cycling), unwinding with movies/shows (big fan of thrillers and sci-fi), playing chess, and occasionally baking from scratch. I keep common areas clean, respect personal space, and maintain a calm, grounded atmosphere at home.

Who I’m Looking For: I’m looking for a student or a young professional who is mature, clean, and communicative.

While respecting each other’s downtime is key, I’d love to find someone who isn’t just a roommate, but a friend: someone down to hang out, share a meal, grab a coffee, or watch a movie once in a while.

Lease Details: I have not signed the lease yet, so we will be co-applying and signing the 12-month lease together starting September or October 1st.
