This is an east-facing private room with an en suite closet in a shared apartment. The room is very spacious with big windows and plenty of sunshine.

• 10 minutes from Finch Station (TTC Line 1)
• Minutes away from major supermarkets, a library, and several plazas
• One bus ride from Seneca Newnham Campus and York U

The apartment is fairly quiet and clean, and we’re looking for someone who is respectful of shared spaces.

Please take note that there is a cat in the household. He is shy and would take some time to warm up to people, but he usually leaves humans alone.

You will be sharing the entire unit with two other females and one lovely cat.

(1) A mid-30s professional who works 2 days from home on weekdays. Chill, reliable, and introverted. She likes to keep things clean as much as possible, but also understands what it means to be comfortable within the space that you live in. As long as all roomies are willing to communicate, they can work something out. She is the point-person for anything related to the apartment and will help out to the extent of her abilities.

(2) An early 20s female who works in the office every weekday. She is responsible, clean, and friendly. She is a joy to live with and causes no problems whatsoever.
