A great area in east Vancouver that’s close to both Fraser and Main Street! Easily accessible to the 25 UBC and Canada line station—so it would be great for working professionals commuting downtown or students to UBC. I don’t own a car, but I believe there is some street parking since it’s a neighbourhood. Shared laundry, kitchen (no oven but working stovetop and convection oven), and bathroom. You would have a private room with its own entrance on the side of the house. Utilities are included with the rent but you would split the wifi with me. The bedroom has limited furniture but the rest of the place is furnished by me but I’d be happy to include your things if you have any! P.s. this is not a sublet from me you would have your own agreement with the landlord (she’s just old school and I’m helping her out by posting for the empty room!)

I’m a quiet, respectful, working professional. I mostly keep to myself, but I’d be happy to get to know someone new, the living room is a great bright space and I love having plants in there (the more the merrier)! There is no dishwasher, so keeping on top of dishes is a must as cleanliness is quite important to me. You would only share the suite with me (the landlord lives upstairs). The place is month to month, but ideally I’m looking for someone who would like to stay for awhile :)
