Peaceful space. Access to my walking pad, rebounder, and balcony.

5 month agreement. Will extend for great roommate. 1st & half of last to show commiment. $20/mon was added for paper products, cleaning products, garbage bags. Utilities included.

Security deposit is refundable. Held as security for actual damage caused by the roommate beyond ordinary wear and tear.

Mother & Daughter - We live an 80% healthy lifestyle. I’ve created a serene & cozy environment. I’m an Emotional Freedom Coach, my daughter is a Pilates Instructor. Don’t get me wrong, we will binge on junk and drama TV 😉

Either my daughter or I will be sharing the space with you. Neither of us are always here. You’ll have plenty of alone time. No parties. Of course you can have a couple of friends over. We will also communicate when we do. Respect & mindfulness towards others is a must. Including communication.
