Private bathroom is right across the hall (7x8, stand-up shower, stacked washer/dryer). Open-concept kitchen Full kitchen use/living room has 12’ ceilings and a shared balcony. Building has a small gym. All utilities and wifi included in the rent. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Lonsdale bus stop, and the Harry Jerome rec centre — easy SeaBus commute downtown.

I live in the condo and work shift work with varying days off, so the home is often quiet at different times of day. Renting out the second bedroom to a clean, quiet, respectful roommate — female, student or young professional welcome. Available September or October, month-to-month with one month’s notice either way. No pets, no smoking/vaping.
