This a 3 bedroom townhouse condo (end unit) in a residential area. two bathrooms (1 partial without a shower). The shower is dated, likely from the 80s but is functional. One parking spot is available. There is a deck with a gazebo only furnished with chairs. The townhouse is only partially furnished as I have just purchased the property. You will have 1 of 2 bedrooms to choose from. Unfortunately, there aren’t any locks on the rooms. It is something that can be addressed as privacy is important.

I am the owner and will be the only occupant of the property. The third room will not be occupied. I do not drink, smoke or partake in any narcotics. I do not have any guests over and prefer a quiet environment after work. I am very active and participate in recreational sports and attend the gym regularly.

I’m looking for an easy going and respectful roommate for 3-12 months. Someone responsible, is aware that townhouse living requires respect for neighbours and shared living space. I prefer a tenant who isn’t making or accepting late night phone calls after 11pm.

This would be ideal for someone who is quiet, respectful and looking for a short-term stay.
