Additionally, there is a spacious closet included, which served as the previous tenant’s storage space. On the same floor is a washer and dryer unit that is free to use. Downstairs, the common area (kitchen/living room), is kept tidy with help by fellow tenants. It is unclear at this time what furniture will be left for the next tenant, but the desk and computer chair will be left. This room is ideal for a student or working individual that values cleanliness, privacy, and convenience!

Currently, there are 4 other female tenants in the house, a mix of students. There is another room available on my profile, so there may be 5 other tenants at the time of moving in. Additionally, 3 tenants reside in the basement, but have a separate entrance from the upstairs tenants, and are quiet/respectful. Household communication is via iMessage (but / is possible if needed). We respect each other’s schedules and space by limiting noise and notifying each other about guests/chores.
