Our property is a discreetly organized and sanitary 3 bedroom apartment with a spare bedroom available for someone eligible to pay $700-800 for it, with the extra rent money the place will be provided with internet and Netflix for you to enjoy, our laundry room is downstairs or across the street along with everything else you need (we live near the westdale mall). We share 1 bathroom and 1 parking spot maybe available.

Pet status: We don’t allow domestic pets like cats or dogs, but solitary pets like fish or hamsters is okay.

Guest status: Only 1 at a time, 1-2 visits per month is fine but I must interact with them first to see if they’re trustworthy. Sleepovers can be extended to 3 days max.

I’m 24 years old, male and working full time currently living with 1 border, she’s 53 and on disability but despite that she has been living with me for almost 3 years now and we get along quite well considering she contributes appropriately like cleaning up after herself and occasionally buying researches. Everything we buy for the house is everyone’s unless it’s stored in your room or giving us a valuable reason not to touch it, of course we don’t take advantage of each other but try to show respect as best as you could as we don’t like drama.
