Room available in a three bedroom second floor house in a great location! Cozy room with a closet available starting September 1st, as our current roommate is moving out. Our house has 3 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom, with nice spacious common areas. We’re on the second floor, the landlord lives below us and is very reasonable. There’s a private entrance, the only amenity we share with the landlord is the washer/dryer. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully furnished with room for you to bring your own belongings as well and add a personal touch :) We have a big back deck and a balcony with an incredible view of the mountains! The location is great, we’re on a quiet street with lots of street parking and lime scooters, and a ten minute walk gets you to both Renfrew and Rupert skytrain stations. The area around the train stations has multiple grocery stores (Superstore, Save on Foods, and Walmart) and a ton of restaurants and coffee shops.

You’ll be living with Billy and Katie, we’re both in our 20s and hold jobs outside the house. We’d like a roommate who is friendly, we sometimes have roomie movie nights and like to be social, while still having our alone time in our rooms. We split basic weekly chores and like to keep the house tidy, cleaning up after yourself is a must. If that sounds like you, drop me a message!
