This is a 4-bedroom detached house in the Hyde Park area of London Ontario. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is used by my wife and me. Out of the remaining 3 bedrooms, one is reserved for the guests. The second room is rented out. The third room needs a tenant. There is a full bathroom available for sharing by the occupants of these three rooms. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor for the visitors. Tenants are welcome to park their cars in the driveway. Kitchen and laundry are shared by all the residents. Rent includes utilities and complimentary Internet. Ours is a smoke and alcohol-free vegetarian environment. Visitors and stayovers are not permitted in the interest of peace and domestic safety. We have a cat and we do not allow other pets.
