I have an unfurnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom available for rent, in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The bedroom has exclusive balcony access (shared space doesn’t have balcony), very large mirrored closet and is bigger than many condo bedrooms. The shared space is fully furnished so looking for someone who doesn’t need to bring furniture, only their own kitchen utensils plates etc. You can bring small decor items and we can find a place for them to make it your space too. You will have storage space in the existing furniture. No pets allowed unfortunately. The building is located in a very prime location, next to Union station, Longos, is PATH connected, near multiple clinics and the financial district is steps away. The building itself accommodates AirBNB guests and can occasionally be busy/have maintenance issues. For me personally it isn’t really problematic but if these factors outweigh location perks for you, this may not be the right choice. :) First and last month’s rent will be required in addition to credit check, employment letter, ID and 2 recent pay stubs.

I am a thirty year old female, working 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. I am quiet, keep to myself most days, and very clean. Looking for a female roommate (ideally between twenty eight to thirty two) who has the same values, and is willing to do daily upkeep (wipe kitchen counters before bed, leave shared spaces clean and tidied up for the next person to use, hand-vacuum kitchen floors everyday which takes a couple mins). Then we split responsibilities for larger weekly cleans. Messiness and clutter is a dealbreaker unfortunately. Personality wise, looking for someone who is responsible (dependable - you create reminders for yourself and do your part as a roommate), considerate (communicative, positive mindset, mindful of noise or guests etc.), and self-sufficient (independent, i am introverted, it may be difficult if you have a need to socialize every day). Bonus points if you are spiritual, like to meditate, into astrology or tarot, like going to cocktail bars, parks and dinners, and enjoy conversations that stem from curiosity and learning. :) If you feel like you’d be a good fit, please reach out.
