Room details: Unfurnished 1b1b in a 2b2b. Bedroom has exclusive balcony access (shared space doesn’t have balcony), very large mirrored closet and is bigger than many condo bedrooms. Shared space details: Fully furnished shared space (just bring your kitchen items). You will have storage space in the existing furniture. Building details: Located by Union station, Longos, is PATH connected (for winter), near multiple health clinics and the financial district is steps away. Building accommodates AirBNB guests and can occasionally be busy/have maintenance issues.

I am the only other person in this unit. 30F, 3 days WFH, 2 days in-office. I am quiet, keep to myself most days, and very clean.

Looking for: Female, 25-30 (open outside this range for the right fit). Clean, organized, tidy - leaves living room/kitchen how they found them before use. Willing to do daily upkeep (disinfect and wipe counters, mindful of dusty/dirty floors). Messiness/clutter is a dealbreaker. Split larger deep cleaning responsibilities on weekends. Respectful and considerate: gives heads up on guests, mindful of noise at night, keeps track of their own chores. Communicates issues directly and finds middle ground. Socially: someone who is balanced, and doesn’t require a friendship necessarily (unless we are very compatible and aligned). Someone who only has furniture for their bedroom and their kitchen items - as shared space has no space for additional furniture. Ideally doesn’t need parking. No pets. Full-time job required. First and last month’s rent will be required in addition to credit check, employment letter, ID and 2 recent pay stubs.
