This is a clean, quiet, and welcoming home in a peaceful Burnaby neighbourhood, conveniently located very close to Royal Oak SkyTrain Station. Metrotown, grocery stores, Superstore, restaurants, malls, shops, and other everyday amenities are all easily accessible. The private bedroom is fully furnished, and internet and utilities are included in the monthly rent. The full bathroom is shared with only one other female student. Tenants will also have access to a lovely outdoor terrace, and street parking is available nearby. We are looking for a clean, respectful, and quiet female student or working professional who would like to stay for approximately 6–7 months, with the possibility of extending the rental period by mutual agreement. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, cannabis-free, pet-free, and party-free home.

The home is shared with a friendly and welcoming couple in their 60s who both work in healthcare. We live a quiet lifestyle and value cleanliness, kindness, privacy, and mutual respect. There may also be one other female student living in the home and sharing the full bathroom. We hope to find someone who is considerate, tidy, responsible, and comfortable living in a peaceful family environment. We are friendly and approachable while also respecting everyone’s personal space and independence.
