Welcome to our clean, comfortable, and peaceful family home in a quiet Burnaby neighbourhood, conveniently located near Royal Oak SkyTrain Station. One or two fully furnished private bedrooms are available, making the home especially suitable for female students or working professionals looking for a safe and welcoming place to stay. Internet and utilities are included. The full bathroom is shared with only one other female student, and tenants also have access to a lovely outdoor terrace. Street parking is available. The location offers convenient transit access to Alexander College, Douglas College, BCIT, CDI College, Langara College, Winston College, and North American Confederation College. Metrotown, Superstore, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, malls, shops, gyms, banks, and other everyday amenities are also easily accessible. We are looking for someone who would like to stay for approximately 6–7 months, with the possibility of extending the arrangement by mutual agreement. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping, cannabis-free, pet-free, and party-free home.

You will be sharing the home with a friendly and welcoming couple in their 60s who both work in healthcare. We live a quiet lifestyle and value cleanliness, kindness, privacy, open communication, and mutual respect. There may also be one other female student living in the home and sharing the full bathroom. We are friendly and approachable and want everyone living here to feel safe and comfortable, while also respecting each person’s privacy, independence, studies, and schedule. We hope to find a clean, responsible, and considerate female student or working professional who enjoys a peaceful home environment. We are looking for someone who does not smoke, vape, use cannabis, have pets, or host parties.
