Street parking is available. The apartment is pet-friendly, but I have a dog who will be staying here regularly, so any other pet would absolutely need to get along well with dogs. A meet-and-greet between the pets would be required before moving in. The apartment is ideal for a student or young professional looking for a comfortable, peaceful and well-located place to live.

I’m a university student and I also work part-time. I’m clean, respectful, responsible and pretty easygoing. I like having a calm and comfortable home, and I’m looking for a roommate who values the same. I’m independent and enjoy my own space, but I’d also love to have a friendly relationship with my roommate and occasionally hang out or chat. I have a very friendly, well-behaved dog who will be around regularly, so being comfortable with dogs is important 🐶
