About the room
- Available Sep 1 for 8 months to 1 year. Potential to move in a few days early.
- This a perfect place for a quiet student or young professional who is comfortable with cats (keeping your bedroom and bathroom doors closed would make sure they aren’t in those spaces).
- Semi-private basement with your private bedroom (bedroom is very large with a walk in closet and desk) and private bathroom.
- The basement also has a kitchen and living space which would be yours to use but cleaned by us weekly (we would use the kitchen and living space upstairs). We usually clean Saturday or Sunday.
- The basement comes furnished and we would prefer a roommate who doesn’t have big pieces of furniture as the stairwell is quite narrow.
- You would have privacy in the basement from 9pm to 8am. During 8am to 9pm we would let our cats roam and share the laundry that is in basement.
- All utilities included.
About the roomies
- We are a couple in our mid thirties who work from home 2-3 days a week and in the office the other 2-3 days.
- We have two 8yo cats who love to play and cuddle.
- We are very quiet and seldom have guests over. A few days notice would be provided when guests are expected and we would appreciate a roommate who will also keep guests to a minimum with advanced notice.
