Hi! I’m looking for a respectful, clean and kind roommate to rent a private bedroom in my home. A small dog is also welcome! I have a 4 lb Chihuahua mix who is very sweet and social with both people and dogs.

The room is in a comfortable, newly built townhouse with access to the kitchen, living room (half can be yours, or I’m open to collaborating on the space), a full shared bathroom, ½ bath, and an outdoor deck on the top floor.

My current roommate is moving to Australia at the end of September. My last two roommates have been women, but I’m open to anyone who is responsible, easygoing and considerate.

The full bathroom is shared only with my 20-year-old daughter, who is generally home about 5 nights a week.

I’m open to a 6–12 month lease.

The home is only a few minutes walk from Westbrook station, the mall and a ton of amenities.

My daughter and I are both working professionals and run a dog grooming business together during the day. Our Chihuahua comes to the salon with us, so she’s usually not home when we aren’t.
