Check out our warm, spacious, and cozy flat located in South Granville! A bit about the place: we have 3 bedrooms - 2 larger and 1 smaller- the latter room is for rent and not furnished. It fits a queen bed or a double quite comfortably and has a reasonably sized closet and room for a dresser! The flat has a nice sized kitchen, dining room and living room for socializing and relaxing! There is also what we use as an office connected to the smaller bedroom via a window! The 1 bathroom has a double vanity and a shower with solid water pressure!

The kiddos living here include:

Kaden (me): I’m a 29 y/o who is outgoing and social guy who looooves a good beer either at home or at the bar! I practice architecture, bartend, and gig around playing music!

Lorna and Karl: At 30 and 35 years old they are a wonderful couple that you can find at park runs on Saturday mornings or out adventuring our great BC lands! They also loooove a good beer and having the friends over! Karl is a machinist working Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and Lorna is Lululemon big shot working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm!
