The room has some minor items right now (office desk, chair etc) which will be removed/emptied. About 30 min drive to downtown, 10 min to YVR airport, west side/Oakridge, Metrotown Richmond, or TriCities. Also 5 min drive to Marine Gateway skytrain station. Rent is $1,000/month (negotiable) includes BC hydro and Telus Wi-Fi. There is unrestricted street parking almost always available. The place is tastefully furnished, has plenty of natural light, an open layout and some in suite storage as well as in suite laundry. Approximately 1100 square feet with bedrooms on the opposite side of the condo which each have their own key locks for privacy.
