The rental includes a private bedroom, plus a separate private office that could also be used as a second bedroom, giving you plenty of space and flexibility. You’ll also have your own private living room with TV, private bathroom, and in-suite laundry. The kitchen is shared. You also have access to a beautiful backyard with BBQ, and fire pit.
The home is clean, comfortable, and relaxed, with a welcoming atmosphere. Dog lovers are a must! My girlfriend and I have three beautiful, friendly dogs who are part of the family, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being around dogs. With that said, there is a gate restricting them to the upstairs so they will not be in your space unless you welcome them!
Overall, it’s a great setup for someone looking for more space and privacy than a typical room rental, while still having the benefits of a shared home.
About the roomies
My girlfriend Leah, myself and 3 beautiful dogs, Indy, Luna and Ty reside in the property. The dogs are extremely friendly. We have rented this space out to numerous students who attend RRC Notre Dame as it’s just a 15-20 minute drive to the campus.
