Good sized furnished room in a 2 bed, 1 bath home in central Parksville. Close to many amenities including Parksville Beach! Coin laundry on floor. Plenty of storage throughout apartment. Large balcony and lots of natural light! Looking for respectful, responsible, tidy and easy going person. Must be ok living with a toddler part time.

About the roomies

You will be living with a 25 year old working female. She works full time and in her spare time is often hanging out with friends, golfing and paddle-boarding. Her young son stays at the apartment every month for approximately a week. When he is visiting, mindfulness of volume levels in the apartment is appreciated (nap time, bed time, etc.).
