Large balcony and lots of natural light! Looking for respectful, responsible, tidy and easy going person. Must be ok living with a toddler part time.
You will be living with a 25 year old working female. She works full time and in her spare time is often hanging out with friends, golfing and paddle-boarding. Her young son stays at the apartment every month for approximately a week. When he is visiting, mindfulness of volume levels in the apartment is appreciated (nap time, bed time, etc.).
