I’m offering one of two private bedrooms in my downtown London apartment. There are two bedroom options, so you can choose whichever space feels like the best fit:

Rent: $750/month

The kitchen and bathroom are shared, along with the other common areas of the apartment.

The apartment is comfortable, peaceful, and centrally located in London. It features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, individual window A/C units in each room, including the kitchen, gas heating, and in-unit washer & dryer.

There is one dedicated parking spot, with a second parking spot potentially available if needed.

I’m very clean and tidy and take pride in keeping my home comfortable, peaceful, and well cared for. I’m currently studying and value having a calm environment where I can focus. I do enjoy listening to music from time to time, and I’m respectful of shared spaces and quiet time.

🌿 Household Environment

I’m looking for a roommate who does not drink, smoke, vape, use cannabis, or use recreational substances, and I ask that the residence remain substance-free.

I’m hoping to create a peaceful, clean, respectful home where both people can feel comfortable, have privacy, and enjoy their own space.

You’ll also be sharing the home with my sweet service dog, Mufasa. He is a 9-year-old Bichon/Poodle mix who is hypoallergenic, non-shedding, quiet, non-barking, calm, friendly, and very well groomed.

Mufasa is extremely easygoing and doesn’t bother people or get in anyone’s way. He is always with me, so he isn’t left wandering around the apartment or bothering a roommate. 🐾💛
