The Room The upstairs bedroom is approximately 10’ × 10’ with dedicated storage space. It offers comfortable natural light for sleeping and a quiet retreat from the street below.

Things to Know The room is upstairs in a 1.5-story home, so the washroom is not on the same floor. Temperature can fluctuate seasonally (warmer in summer, cooler in winter) due to the home’s structure, though this is typical for older homes in the area.
