The room for rent is fully furnished with a single bed, desk and dresser. Laundry available nearby.
The roommate would have near-private use of the main bathroom. I have my own ensuite, so the shower is the only part of the main bathroom we would regularly share.
A parking stall is available. The building is in a quiet residential area near parks, shopping, schools, and other everyday amenities.
