The condo is approximately 912 sq. ft. and has a spacious living area, balcony, dishwasher, storage room, and laundry located on the same floor. The room for rent is fully furnished with a single bed, desk and dresser. Laundry available nearby.
The roommate would have near-private use of the main bathroom. I have my own ensuite, so the shower is the only part of the main bathroom we would regularly share.
A parking stall is available. The building is in a quiet residential area near parks, shopping, schools, and other everyday amenities.

I’m a NAIT student and will be the only other person living in the condo. The owners do not live on the property. I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and easygoing roommate who is comfortable sharing common spaces and keeping the place tidy.
