The apartment is a spacious 4-bedroom unit located in Centretown, in a charming heritage home that has been divided into separate units. Our unit occupies the entire top floor and has plenty of natural light. The neighbourhood is very walkable, with easy access to downtown amenities and Lyon LRT station just a couple of blocks away.

The available room is the second-largest bedroom in the apartment. It is spacious and bright, with a large window providing plenty of natural light and a medium-to-small-sized closet.

The apartment includes:

• Fully equipped kitchen
• Dishwasher, fridge, stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishes
• Furnished bathroom
• Semi-furnished living room
• Four large communal closets for shared storage
• Basement laundry: $3 wash / $3 dry

📋 House Rules

Because this is a shared home, we are looking for someone who is respectful of the space and the other roommates.

House rules include:

• No shoes inside
• Natural/non-toxic cleaning products only
• No large parties
• Overnight guests limited to 3 nights per week
• Proactive cleaning of both shared and personal spaces

Pets are allowed in the building, but due to the size of the apartment, lifestyle, and cleanliness considerations, we are looking for a roommate without pets.

There is no on-site parking available.

You would be living with two males and one female, ages 25-35.

Our interests include painting, music, art, technology, gaming, cooking, and baking. We all work regular jobs and generally enjoy an easygoing, mostly independent living environment.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Respectful and considerate
• Clean and proactive about household chores
• Comfortable communicating openly
• Independent and easygoing
• Interested in staying long term (ideally at least one year)

The household is LGBTQ2+ friendly.

💰 Rent & Move-In

The first month’s rent is due at move-in.

A last month’s rent deposit is required once you are selected to secure the room and will be applied toward your final month.
