It’s a 4½ apartment with in-suite washer and dryer, air conditioning and a dishwasher. It’s located about a 5–10 minute walk from two metro stations and Monkland Village. The apartment features an open kitchen and living room and two closed rooms (For you and your roomie: Eddy) and your own seperate closet. For other storage in the kitchen, cupboards are divided in half, so you have the right side and eddy has the cupboards on the left. Plenty of room for storing your dryfoods, dishware and hardware. The fridge is divided, topshelf and bottom shelf and the freezer as well and you have your own produce drawer in the fridge aswell.

Additionally, the location is very convenient for commuting towards prime areas or universities.

The room itself is long and very spacious. Fitting several types of furniture and design styles whether you are a minimalist or like maximizing your space. What I did was use a moveable partisan to kind of seperate my sleeping space with my desk to create a small office.

We also plan on leaving behind a few pieces of furniture, including a dresser, a desk, a freestanding wardrobe, a bed frame and the moveable partisan mentioned above. If you’re interested in any of them for free, otherwise they will be discarded.

Your room mate Eddy is a hardworking, responsible and very sociable.

He does work long hours very often and so its very rare to bump into him in unconvinient times. For example, you’ll never have to fight over using the laundry machines or have to schedule cooking in the kitchen.

Eddy is also very easy to communicate with so, if there are any comments and issues, you never have to hesitate when talking with him. He is very understanding and kind. It was very easy to live with him over the years. He is also very generous in sharing his food and other things he brings into the apartment. He is very vocal about letting people use his kettle-bells.
