The room available for rent is spacious, furnished and features 3 large windows with blackout curtains. The room has access to its own private patio, allowing access to your own personal space as well as dedicated underground parking & private bathroom (shared with guests/ visitors).

There will be 1 spare room in the unit - flexibility for having friends/ family visits but open to negotiation.

I’m a helicopter engineer and work a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation, so my schedule means I’m away for work for two weeks at a time and then home for two weeks.

When I’m home, I enjoy making the most of my time off. I value spending time outdoors and involved in athletics: trail running, road biking, golfing, swimming & ski touring.

I take pride in keeping my home clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and I’m looking for someone who shares similar values. Ideally, I’d like to live with a clean, respectful, responsible, and professional individual who will treat the condo as their own home.

I appreciate a relaxed and friendly living environment while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space. With my work rotation, you’ll also have the condo to yourself quite often while I’m away.
