Looking for clean, quiet students or professionals who work day shifts. Use of shared kitchen and bathroom is permitted. International students welcome.

This home is shared with working adults who value a clean, respectful environment. We want our housemates to feel comfortable and have a memorable experience with us.

We are here to assist with anything you may need and we will communicate openly with you.

You are permitted to use the shared kitchen and bathroom. Laundry is on the main floor of the building and the laundromat is open until 10:00pm, daily.

We ask that you remove your shoes when you enter our home, and do not hesitate to ask us any questions as they may arise.

We are a drug-free and smoke-free home. Occasional drinking is permitted. All ethnicities welcome. Looking for long-term, open to short-term.

All we ask is that you clean the shared bathroom weekly.
