This private room is located just steps away from Sherbourne station, with easy access to Bloor-Yonge station as well. For students, the unit is walking distance from both TMU and UofT and the close proximity of the subway stations gives you the choice of whether to walk or take transit. For working professionals, the easy access to Bloor-Yonge station means that most of Toronto, including prime Bay street locations, are only a short commute away. The unit comes with a large window with views of the Rogers building and CN Tower. All amenities and expenses are included in the cost (gas, television, fitness room, pool, private remote-controlled fan), and card/app operated laundry is available on the basement floor of the building.

I’m moving out of the unit shortly, which is why I am advertising my room, but the other roommates are quiet and easygoing. There is a cleaning schedule to ensure the unit stays well maintained and the landlord also keeps the unit well equipped with everything needed for cleaning (cloths, sponges, cleaning agents, vacuum, mop, etc.).
