Private room available in a clean, quiet and comfortable basement near Metrotown. The room is furnished and offers a cozy and private space. The basement is shared with two other girls and has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for everyday cooking.

The location is excellent — only an 8-minute walk from Metrotown SkyTrain Station, with Metropolis at Metrotown, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and public transportation all within easy reach.

Rent is $1,000 CAD/month, including all utilities and Wi-Fi. Laundry is available and shared with another basement unit.

The room is available for September and October initially.

We are two friendly and responsible women living in the property. We both work and have a calm and busy lifestyle. We are respectful, clean and considerate of shared spaces, and we value having a peaceful and comfortable home.

We enjoy a friendly atmosphere but also respect each other’s privacy and personal space. We are looking for another female roommate who is clean, responsible, respectful and easygoing, and who would enjoy living in a quiet and welcoming home. It’s important for us, not having overnight guests.
